Painters shed

To realise your paint job there the possibility to hire the professional painters shed.

Canteen&Shop

In the cafeteria you can have “coffee” and use your packed lunches.

The mutual ship's talk to the colleague boat owners is interesting.

The opinions go “over the  table” and then you go to your job in a good mood.

In the "Shop" there are several maintenance materials and equipment for sale.

Do it jourself work

Do it your self work is in the non-heated sheds is allowed with the exception of welding and grinding.

In the sheds there is enough light and there are connections for elektricity.

There is professional maintenance equipment for rent.

The sanitary facilities consist of toilets and shower/bath facilities.

For the safety of you and of your ship, we have a regulation.

This rules can be found on the price list page of the website, are in the sheds and the are with the rental agreement.

Rules

Winter storage includes boat lift, trestle rent and cleaning.

Masts off/on ship with crane is on an hourly basis and for risk owner yacht (minimum 1/2 hours), you to assist youtself.

Masts of yachts should on the yachts during the winter storage.

Follow boats shall be placed on or below the ship.

Drinking water tanks must be emptied outside.

Work on your ship do it yourself is permitted provided that no other ships be damoged or made dirty.

Damage to third parties is at your own risk.

Sanding by hand or machine with attached vacuum cleaner.

Grinding and welding in the shed is strictly prohibited!

Maintenance work should be performed before april 1 st(approx) because the boats back into the water from that date. After this date you may be charged for transfer cost and shed rent.

The floor around your ship should be kept clean bij yourself.

Shut down electricity during the winter storage, stoves don ’t leave burning and don’t leave electric power on.

Hoist, storage and transfer is at the risk of the owner.

Even weeks (week numbers) from Monday to Sunday: sanding.

Odd weeks from Monday to Sunday: painting.

Everyone should adhere to these rules.

If there are other persons or companies at your ship, please report to us.

The renter declares tobe known with the fact that he, with respect to this rent an has to have(and keep) an insurance for the above mentioned ship that at least covers the risk of legal responsibility, and covers full body. The renter must provide a copy of the insurance policy together with this form.

Important

In connection with the stringent environmental requirements, we would like to point out the following: we cannot take back paint cans (empty), turpentine, paint, ect. ,wax cleaner. This also applies to dirty cleaning cloths. Also when you change oil yourself you must not leave behind this oil and oil filters inthe shed, but take them home and deliver them at the chemical waste dump in yous town.
